It wasn't Moley that said he was coming. And he still hasn't. Just acknowledgement of the rumour that he didn't add too. Tbh he doesn't seem to care for SL rumour anyway.
It's the "18th man " that's full of it.
They just make it up. When they have a true scoop, we've know about it for days weeks or months.

he was asked if had any news on the transfers or was it all false.
he said it "would be one player or the other". To my mind that's hardly acknowledging the rumour, that's trying to be a big know it all.
he could have just said no it's all rumours at the minute I haven't heard anything, but that's not his style....
in fact its quite a ridiculous statement to make.
It's like being asked are we getting Matty smith or Jonathan Thurston...oh yeah it'll be one or the other....!!!

When we sign someone I always like to look back on here to who said it was going to happen. There are a few on here who have proved very accurate in the past.

Think you are being a bit harsh, he could have said there is nothing in any of the rumours but has actually gone a lot further than that. Of course it may all prove to be bull dust, but I hope not.

Hock had a great season at Leigh and then there's Tom Lineham.
It was Hock himself who said he was coming to Wire. Either Wire sniffed or he was putting out rumour to put himself about.
