I'm sure if Mr Moran knew about thise he'd be a tad peeved.
Two of his main companies are major ticket selling websites.
I went to purchase 2 tickets for friday and I am now £365 in debt. Its simply not good enough. I am fortunate can afford to cover the costs until the refund is processed, but this is very poor.
If the club cannot cope with internet orders, they shouldn't offer the service.

Have you had any joy / confirmation from the club on refunds? I have emailed Ian Powell about my case and am awaiting a reply. I've also dropped a note to Andy Gatcliffe as I think it may be a good idea for the club to make a public statement acknowledging the issue and outlining the remedy.

Emailed Doreen on Monday as requested. Asked her to acknowledge the email but she didn't.
Rang and spoke to someone yesterday who said there's been quite alot of this and it should be all refunded come friday, but no promises.
Emailed again showing the money has now gone out of my account and that it could lead to interest charges if not resolved soonish.
I have had nothing official and no response to my emails. Come to think of it, I don't think I have even had an apology. Think I will write to Mr Gatcliffe too. I am sure he would want to know about these issues to avoid a repeat!

Mmmm that's not great. I can understand "mistakes" happen but to not communicate or apologise is not ideal. I've not heard back yet having said that I only emailed this morning.
If I don't have a refund by Friday I will be applying for a chargeback via my credit card issuer. Heaven knows what would have happened if I had paid with my debit card from my current account and had £414 debited in error...

Hopefully come friday I will have my money back and will be able to laugh about all this. I think for the next match, I will phone or queue!
Ian Powell is retail and ticketing manager so I have emailed him too. If I get a response I shall let you know.

I'm inclined to say no. I received one email stating I had my two tickets. I don't think the other 10 transactions fed through properly and although they charged us, it didn't allocate tickets.
I am only assuming this. Ian Powell is ticketing manager so may be worth an email/call

| I placed two orders on Monday - one for 3 tickets (£54.50) and one for 1 ticket (£18.50). That is what is shown in my order history, but I have checked my credit card today and it is showing TWO charges for each order. So I am £73 down until I get a refund.
What is the email address I need to report this to?
