Talent is one thing, repetitive displaying of poor sportsmanship and inalbility to control your temper is another.

He does appear to have real talent, but he's not starting out well on the career ladder in consistently displaying his pettiness and downright nasty streak. Some of the best halfbacks have been niggly mithering people and this is seen to be part of the position, but nasty vindictiveness is never a good thing and he seems to be making it part of his game.

Sooner or later it's going to bite him back, and opposition fans are going to enjoy it. He needs to learn to control this so we can look forward to him playing for England/GB without seething everytime we see him.

You hit the nail on the head there - It was *not* completed, so he was perfectly entitled to addd to the tackle, in order to take the player to the floor.

If you want to blame anyone for the Cunningham "incident", blame the ref for allowing the tackle to go on for so long without calling held.

(and yes, I do listen to the ref's, via a scanner, so I know exactly what they say and when).

Generally, you see folk at the aviation viewing centre with 'em, I think if your really lucky you can listen into the police with them. I'm pretty certain they don't listen into the RFL. They allow normal folk like us, to listen to air traffic control communications with pilots, NOT, Cummings & Ganson chats.

Pilot : "This is Speedbird1364, approaching 7,000ft, ETA 6 Mins."

Tower : "Speedbird1364, continue approach, descend to 6,000ft and hold. Await communication."

Pilot : "Roger that ... "

Ganson : "Hold, hold, hold ..."

Pilot : " ....Erm ..."

Ganson : " Hold, <whistle>, come here maarrRRhhHHt, captain, here."

Pilot : "Captain, It's not a ship d!ckhead .."

Ganson : " I've told him too hold, he's going to early, next one's going, sort it out."

Pilot : "Sorry Sir."
