Not even mentioning crowds, or our big history, or the fact we may see ourselves as a bigger and better club having more of a right to players, not even claiming we are still the team to beat, or saying that down under if you asked who are the greatest club in England they would say Wigan, Wigan RL is still better than Warrington.'"

History this history that, blah blah. Many cubs have a rich history with fans to go with it, i.e. Swinton, Widnes, Huddesfield you don't hear them bleating on about being the biggest and greatest this that and the other.

Sure Wigan have had a lot of success and people will have heard of them because you were on tv every week. You were full time and buying and poaching the best players just because you had the money. When it became an equal playing field you were rumoured to nearly going bust trying to keep up with the new successfull clubs.

If things hadn't turned round for you when Nobby took ver you may have just been another Widnes or Swinton now.

So just beacuse of your past doesn't mean you are now the high and mightly, it's time many of you woke up into the present day.
