| Thank god the kits are not up to peoples liking. All the people on here that have had nothing to whinge about since the club turned the corner and got a new coaching set up and signed a number of decent players, can now have a good whinge.
Well done wire its horrible when people have to have a positive opinion.
People moaning about the colour of the sponsors logo is amazing. Do you think they vet potential sponsors by the logo colour.
" Sorry Coca Cola can we have your logo in primrose and blue? "no" well sorry you can stuff your £300k sponsorship !!!!!

Surely nobody buys a polyester type sweaty body odour top as fashion wear?'"
I've seen some people wear them on holiday, special occasions and around town on non-matchdays, so they must be considered fashion / tribal wear.

To be fair it is a thread dedicated to the new 2018 shirts. Are you advocating that if people don't like it we should say nothing, so the thread will just be lots of posts saying its brilliant?
As a wider point, why are you bothered what people post?

| Quote: wire-flyer "Another example is the website. Never gets updated bar the news stories. I'm surprised the player heritage numbers are not published anywhere official for people to look at even though we go to the effort of putting them on all the player's shirts. I emailed the heritage officer asking where i could find them and he said he would like to get a page set up in the heritage section of the website at some point. That was over a year ago.'"
The honours section hasn't been updated with the 2016 LLS yet. It only goes up to 2015 then ends. I would have thought the club would be proud to keep it's honours record updated at the very least. Maybe that's anotoher consultant casualty.

No I find it funny as it is the same posters that were moaning all last season and have gone a bit quiet and now bang they are off again. The main bit I think is bizarre is the colour of the logo, how can people moan about it, if they want to give the club money it can be whatever colour they want it to be.
Like it or loath it but the outburst on here for what is an ok kit is unbelievable.

| I go along with a previous poster POSTL, it's the lack of thought that I find most disappointing and that lack of thought will translate into a lost opportunity for the club. I'm not bothered by the green sponsor, that's their right, but, to just stick it on a shirt that's a poorer version of a very similar very recent kit is lazy.
I also subscribe to the view that we should stick with, or perhaps try and establish an iconic Warrington kit for our home jersey, both in style and the use of primrose, as I think that is our defining element. By that I don't necessarily subscribe to the view that it has to be the dominant colour, but, it should be the right, or accepted colour, not veering between amber and acid yellow depending what 'yellowy' crayon someone can lay their hands on.

| To be fair the people moaning last season were worried about their team being relegated for the first time in its history. I moaned, and will refrain from moaning until 2019 when the new setup should have the team playing closely to how they want it.
I want the Warrington shirt to look like a good kit, and like most people preferred the design basics put forward by some fans on here.
However, I’ll try not to moan about it much as I really want to support the new team under the new setup and hope for the best. I definitely won’t be buying this shirt though UNLESS we have a really good season and then I will buy one to remind me of winning a trophy. Unlikely but there we go.

Fair points, does a 'winning' kit become a good kit?

| I buy a home shirt every year if it’s good, bad or indifferent but tbh
I couldn’t care less if we wore an old sack sponsored by Anusol as long we win the GF!

It becomes legendary if we win the GF (yes I know there's no chance of that this coming season)!
It will be remembered the way that an 80s sparkomatic heavy cotton jersey evokes slightly exaggerated memories of Boyd, Tamati and Jackson walking over every front row in the game.
I can see the marketing line of the Heritage Shirt release in 2038 - "The club proudly announce for sale a replica of the famous 2018 treble-winning jersey, made famous by Man of Steel, Golden Boot and World Cup winner Kevin Brown winning that year's Grand Final. Also worn by speedster Tom Lineham who scorched in for 5 length of the field tries in the same game, and also Matty Russell, who successfully turned around and defended a kick behind him for the only time that season. All great memories to re-live again..."

| I'm not that impressed with the new kits. The home is ok but it's just a rehashed version of 2016 which I already have. No big deal, not keen so not buying. The players looked the part when the came out in it though last night.
If the team does well nobody will give a fook what they're wearing, people will get used to it. It's like the new badge, wasn't keen on that either but I see the old one and it just looks naff now.

I agree with the above, we have an opportunity that shouldn't be missed. The right replica shirt can put thousands on the bottom line. Keeping white, Primrose and blue as the colour scheme in any order for me is a way of stamping our colours on the game.

Get rid of the yellow flash on the shorts and yellow v on the shirt, Replace the club badge with a Primrose W and that is a great kit. Back to the 70's.

| Fantastic. People "moaning" about the kit. Then people moaning about the people moaning about the kit.
Well I'm now going to moan about the people moaning about the people moaning about the kit.
