Nicholson is the only one I can think of, I'm genuinely not sure of Vaughan is doing much now.

| Thought Chambers spoke well. He's an intelligent bloke and I'd be happy with him steering the ship til the end of the season.

Remember months ago sky sports news announced contract extensions to Williams and Vaughan and we were all jubilant what have they offered since..not a lot

If it’s Cats v Wigan and this grinning clown is reffing, with all the extra “work” on the tackled player we might be lucky to see 10 sets in each half.

| In terms of due diligence where are we with Williams? I know it’s a shallow pool so when someone like Williams becomes available we HAVE to act and fair enough. Yet this is a man who was a new father, already won the GF and has proven himself in the NRL…along with having no ties to our club. We shouldn’t need a CEO to assess motivation (Currie/Philbin/Williams newish fathers long contracts etc) we need a superb coach to instil motivation by any method.
I mention new fathers by the fact that it either motivates players or makes them seek comfort…for us the latter seems to be prevalent.

| No-one is setting standards. Nobody is stepping up and demand the best at all times. There's not one skipper behind the sticks lecturing our players as the opposition line up a kick.
They're all wet farts.

| This isn’t a Chambers problem, he’s had 5 days. It’s a problem of the gutless board who wasted a 2 week break to see what happened against Wakefield, as if it would change anything.
The right call, timing wise, was to use that period of 2 games in 4 weeks, to refresh and refocus. Instead we have exactly half of that and a drumming from Wakefield to boot.
Chambers isn’t the man forever, everyone including he himself have acknowledged that. But the wreckless indecision and apathy could see another year where we don’t even get a go at the play offs, which js unforgivable given the resources this club has afforded to them.
The leadership is an absolute s hitshow. Top to bottom.

| Ratchford is our captain say no more, so comfortable, so lacking in hunger and so deludedly entitled.

| Not read much of this thread but from what I saw I thought Currie did an awful lot of work - be interesting to see how many tackles he put in - and was worth being voted the Wire mom.
Vaughan also put a good stint in and Makaele gave us a lift.
Kasiano was poor - too many basic mistakes but I was impressed by his turn of speed at the end of the match to stop them scoring a try.
We made far too many basic errors to win. Cut those out and we give ourselves chance.
Ref made some blunders and allowed far too much lieing on / hands-in the ruck.
Cats deserved it through our frailties.
