That would be something for Powell and Karl to work out. I assume it would be something less than what he's on now, per annum? I don't think we'd pay him the same if it means sacrificing some of the cap that may be needed for contingency signings?

Magoulias was signed at the end of October, so Powell would have been involved in the signing.

I think people are jumping to the conclusion that we have got rid based on his performance/ attitude,, seems more like to me this was Magoulias’ decision, but maybe we’ll hear more on that score further down the track.

Yeah be interesting to know what's gone on here. If he and his Mrs are expecting a first child then I hope everything is OK there for them and wish them all the best with the family. If that is the case then fair play to him and the club for not dragging this out with a player who doesn't want to be here because they haven't settled or need to be closer to family. Speculation I know but I'd rather players who don't want to be with us for whatever reason left sooner than later.
