WTF!!! Is this true? I am working from home today, dont normally but in the last half an hour all i have heard is police sirens and i am by the pink eye building so can hear the sirens when in town.

All happening in mainly black areas of these cities. Start to worry if it moves to other areas. It nothing about the killing of one man. Saturday might have been but after seeing people on Sunday morning coming out of JJB with boxes full of gear the other decided we will have a piece of this. Police are not as tough on them as others. Although it will be cracked down fully tonight.

The perfect way to protest against the goverment, anti-cuts, dis-engaged youth, outrage at jobless figures, anger at police shooting, banker bonuses and revolt against the establishment is obviously by smashing up a jessops camera shop!

Bloody jessops and their prices, think they can mug me off! Britain has spoken!

On a serious note, some people don't help there cases involving discrimination. The pictures from various news sites say it all!

I dont care what race or background these people are from, it is irrelevent. Just take down whoever is doing it by any force neccessary

People in our Birmingham office where told to go home at 3.00 pm as police expect it to kick off again.
And make sure no cars are left in the car park.

Can we all stop referring to this as "rioting". It is nothing more than looting from businesses in their own communities and destroying homes into the bargain. That is not "rioting", that is opportunism.
Why aren't instructions being given that looters will be shot on sight? That might deter them and nip this in the bud. Or maybe make it worse.
