My dad went to the replay in 54 (along, I suspect with the dads, grandads or great grandads of most people on this forum) and said he saw the ball twice when it was kicked in the air. To get home you just got on any Warrington bound coach because you had no chance of finding the one you came on. We could do with some more of that.

My dad never stops talking about Harry Bath and Gerry Helme. He is in his 90's and still seems as interested in the Wires as he ever was. He managed to get into the ground to see the match but says there were thousands locked out and traffic jams all along the road.

IF that game ends up being required I think it's fair to say the U20's will definitely be playing against Huddersfield and Widnes.

That's a good idea. Has it ever been announced over the years what the ticket prices would be for a replay. I think the attendance would be surprising low if they were to charge full price for tickets (£26/£31 +)
