Moss Side isn't too far away, its always nice to experience different cultures and ways of life. Their will be plenty of street traders selling all kinds of stuff, something for everyone.

| Twickenham appears a little isolated with the centre a good 15 minute walk.
If it was just after the football season ended and Arsenal wanted a few extra bob then The Emirates has Holloway/Highbury/Finsbury Park/Angel Islington for areas to go plus 5 tube stations with a maximum 15 minute walk, 4 overground stations plus 14 bus routes that go within 15 minutes of the stadium. Perfect if you ask me.

| Heard rumours that it's at city's stadium but imo it wouldn't be a good choice , it's too close. People would just drive down for their games and then go home , defeating the point of the weekend. I also heard someone say on here they had signed a 2 year deal for it to be at Cardiff. Personally i would love it to be in Newcastle at St.James' park on May day bank holiday weekend. Nice stadium , wouldn't be too big like Millenium stadium. Raise the profile of Rugby League in the North East and heard t's a great town.

From what I have heard the season is starting a week earlier to accommodate BOTH the Magic Weekend and the Exiles game, so no players doubling up.
As posted above, I would to have loved the Magic Weekend to have been in Newcastle on the Spring Bank Holiday weekend.

| Cant see it being in manchester , as it rules out the purpose off it promoting rugby league accross the u.k. Would love to see it back in cardiff or even a 'Wembley Weekend' The thing about if it was in manchester is fans may just go and watch there team and there team only and once there game has finished go home

The majority of the fans do that anyway.

I believe this season is starting early so that next season can start even earlier to accomodate the world cup at the end of that season.

It's this kind of attitude from RL fans that mean the RFL just cannot win, and we may as well just stay in our own own towns in the North of England.
It is 1 mile from Murrayfield to Haymarket (basically the start of Edinburgh City Centre).
It is just a further half a mile to Princes Street, one of the main streets in Edinburgh.
There are plenty of pubs right outside Murrayfield, and you can either take a 20-25minute walk into town afterwards, or jump on a bus for £1.30.
I went to a 6Nations game at Murrayfield earlier this year, and whilst the sport was dire, it was enjoyable to spend time with Welsh and Scottish fans who were happy to have a drink, walk the dreaded 1.5miles to the ground, watch the match and then walk back. Tens of thousands of them did it without moaning, and in extremely good spirits. It was possibly the most enjoyable part of the occasion if I'm perfectly honest!

| Manchester or cardiff would be fine as long as it in summer when it is warm enough that you freeze to death like cardiff in february
Pointless having it a Wembley as it is too big a groung like cardiff and defeats the point of the challenge cup part of the challenge cup is earning the right to play at Wembley

there is a maccd and a big Asda opposite the stadium if you want to do the weekly shop
and next to the asda is the national cycling veledrome if you fancy a little bike ride

That would have been my choice, and not because I only live 40 miles from Newcastle. My idea was to have a Gateshead game at the International Stadium on the FRiday night with just £5 admission, followed by 2 days of SL at St James Park. It would have been a real boost to the game in the area.
Having said that, Manchester is a good choice. We should get close to a sellout for both days.

47600_1370068151.jpg The Autumn Wind is a pirate
Blustering in from sea,
With a rollocking song, he sweeps along,
Swaggering boisterously.
His face is weather beaten.
He wears a hooded sash,
With a silver hat about his head,
And a bristling black mustache.
He growls as he storms the country,
A villain big and bold.
And the trees all shake and quiver and quake,
As he robs them of their gold.
The Autumn Wind is a raider,
Pillaging just for fun.
He'll knock you 'round and upside down,
And laugh when he's conquered and won.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_47600.jpg |

| Any chance they'd have it in Magaluf about June time next year? That would be my stag.
