| P Wood was excellent, but Rah gets my vote.

I agree, also thought King played well specially when he chased back to stop a try, shame we conceded immediately afterwards.

| There were a few standout performers, but I'm going a strange way and I'm going to plump for Paul Wood.
I thought he had a terrific impact when he came on off the bench......ran at the line very strongly, made some breaks and gave us lots of go forward.

King shaded it for me, but Briers was also excellent.
Wood, Rauhihi were the pick of the forwards, and Cooper and Mitchell did well coming off the bench.
Match donkey: Martin Gleeson.

| King for me, watching him today, both his play and his body language and i was impressed. I felt he went looking for work and the effort was there, diplayed perfectly when he chased back and stopped that try.

Probably as Briers took all the ball. Harrison played well before he went off and Johnson was lively.

Pity he made an absolute clown of himself by jumping out of the line and letting Celtic in for a try.
Mitchell should be on the MOM list; the young lad showed a fantastic work ethic throughout. Riley was also strong although the nobs around me did nothing but slate the lad. Like I have said before, maybe some of these young local prospects should take to talking in Aussie accents.
