If Thewlis is fully fit, and Minikin is in the side while he isn't, then that's a big call.

Been some strange selection decisions of late, waiting to hear why Kasiano is out also.

I'm more concerned about Lucas green... Third or fourth match on the subs bench but has looked completely out of place on the previous showings ..I hope he can step up but it Sums up the lack of second row options available this season

Its a terrible call if they're both fit. Thewlis is by far a better player, it's not even a debate.

Sao and Satae coming off the bench for them too. My confidence levels for this match have plummeted.

Kasiano obviously injured. At the moment it looks like Powell doesn't want to risk Wrench at Centre but it slides Thewlis & Russell down the pecking order (unless injured of course) It also shows up our real lack of depth in the forwards ... but let's hope Green proves me wrong.

Bit confused here. Thewlis does not play centre. The issue is that he has selected Miniken before Wrench at Centre & Wrench before Thewlis or Russell on the wing.

Minikin isn't SL material, he's gone from zero to hero in his mind when signed knowing DP is his mate, unless we are at full strength he will always be in the 17,
It looks like he's shuffled the team round to accommodate him

The real issue is that we have lost 3 forwards (Kasiano, Nicholson, Maguire) but that we are so short of back up that we need to move our regular centre. After we have done that we have chosen Minikin over Wrench who has played half a game for the reserves.
