I think the opinion of Warrington from the outside is that we just throw money at the problem by buying in names. Can’t argue with it either.

That said, there is a shortage of good middles, but if you can get him fit and keep him on the pitch he is a good player. But his injury and disciplinary record are well established

he looks like a right dirty s0d... let's hope he can channel his talent for RL rather than his talent for the dark arts... like Sir Les did back in the day. We need a bit of more controlled aggression in the team...but its totally useless if it spends 70% of its time sat in the stands.

Are we talking about a different Les Boyd? I'd ask Kurt Sorenson, Paul Hulme, Ellery Hanley and Andy Gregory about that tbh.

I adored Les but the only reason he didn't have his own parking space at the RFL disciplinary meetings was because the game was rather different (and better) then.

Is McGuire passed his best? Yes. Will he be better than what we have for the next 2 years? Also Yes. Very dirty player, which is lovely news….

About time we had some housery in our team.

The 'Les' we got didn't receive a two year ban for gouging whilst playing for us. He was still a player that dished it out in in the Primrose and Blue BUT he did channel his efforts MORE into the great rugby player he really was.

At this rate we should easily get back out of the Championship next season.....

Used to be amazing but hasn't been good for a few years now, not excited by this at all to be honest. But i will support him and give him the chance to prove my doubts wrong. Welcome to the Wire.
