Philbin and Hughes have both been really poor IMO, why drop Danny Walker for either of them?

I'd like to see Rob Butler given a chance as Philbin has been really poor but realistically is he going to be any better? We need the strongest front row available for this one, I think Philbin should get this game and if he doesnt improve Butler gets a go next week and Philbin has to earn his place back.

I agree with you but we know it’s just wishful thinking, both Hughes and Philbin will play. If it was me I would throw the kid Derbyshire in but I didn’t include him because I think unless there is an injury doubt to King or Mata’utia he won’t get in

Think we need the extra forward against saints to be honest, even longstaff in there bring abit of energy and get the line speed going.

I love Danny but I think he got steamrolled last week, might be worth him sitting this one out.

This is what i would go with but i don't think Powell will drop Philbin and i think J.Clark will get the nod over Longstaff.

I think this is a game where it's a free hit for DP in the sense that I'm not expecting to win. It's more about the performance and showing more spirit and desire for as much of the 80 minutes that we can. DP could make some changes, without too many complaints if we get beat.

One of the reasons when I posted my idea of the 17 was/is more in hope of let’s try something different.
