No Cooper, that’s a big miss for us.

Very big miss, it should be a good game, I never enjoy the matches v saints because I always feel we will lose until the final whistle.

I hope we have got our cheating down to a tee for tonight so we turn them over. Absolutely no point turning up to play clean rugby, saints have never ever been beaten by a team that turns up to play good rugby. The only other way we win is by the referee cheating for us but that's a 50/50 call so I'd rather we kept matters in our own hands by setting out with a good solid cheating game plan.

Plenty of endeavour on that bench, well three of them, but lacking oomph.

We need the Philbin of 2019 and a big stint from Mulhearn but we should still be undaunted.

Stop Walmsley, respect possession, the rest will flow.

They are getting away with a lot at the breakdown here IMO.

We needed that bad pass we are off the pace. They're controlling the ruck, sometimes a little dubiously. We need to control field position better and get more control of the ruck.

First time we get some quicker play the ball we score.

So we get a set restart, then as Widdop tries to PTB he's impeded and we get a penalty - so why isn't the Saints player sinbinned for committing 2 quick fire offences ?

That's been fantastic to watch, we have been getting no change out of their slowing tactics at the ruck so the lads have been brave enough to play around it and have been rewarded. Superb half of rugby and the team that have showed up to spoil are down at half time.

I really feared the worst at 10 down and saints having all the ascendency.

Williams is going to be a terrific signing, I hope he sees out his career at wire. Could be a club legend.
