We must be desperate to get a side out there. If we’re waiting for 2 more PCR tests tomorrow it must mean that the 7 no limit has not been met, meaning forfeiting the game 24 - 0. That will bring are % right down.
I presume we need to give a 2 week notice to get loan players back. But with the George Williams signing yesterday will we be able to have them back. We lose the salary for players on loan and to have them back will take us over the cap.

No other team is putting a team out for the good of the sport, we shouldn't either.

That is the point I’m trying to make. At the moment it sounds like we are not reaching the 7 players requirements.

Yeah, going by the statement we're either just under the threshold and want to see if the two will put us over, or we're just over that threshold and want to see if those players are available and we can still put out a competitive side.
We have a big and mostly healthy squad so if, for example, 5 players are out, we could still put out a strong side (unless they were all in the same position). |

I was proud that we as a club. No matter the circumstances. Put a team out regardless of what's going on.
I'd rather go down losing to hull kr with a academy team than have a posponent of a game. Irrespective of the circumstances and what you think of the virus. I think that putting the game on regardless shows our commitment than postponing the game and keeping our average up. And not playing to silly covid protocol.
