So, worked out last payment was April 1st for my two season tickets and it seems so far, nothing taken today 1st May. Reading the small print on DFC it states that once the min period has been taken (6 months) it will carry on taking payments. Surely not??? Do I have to cancel this with them or just delete the direct debit now? Anyone else done this before and if so, am I ok now to remove the direct debit from my bank. I've had no written confirmation that the payments are all done - I suspect no ones there.

I paid for mine in advance at early bird price & have watched all but one home game so far, but i don't really expect to get any credit or cash back for what may well be a short season. I will not be too pleased though if i am then expected to pay extra for "behind closed doors" games because i haven't already got sports channels.

If all your payments are finished they might be assuming you will be doing the same next season. I should think there will be still be people in the club office if you want to phone them.

I guess by cancelling it you wouldn't automatically be put on the same payment plan for 2021 season, you may have to fill out a new Direct Debit form.

If they take more payments from you than you expect you can claim it back via your bank I think.

I would expect as a season ticket holder that I would be given 'free access' to all home games with the option of buying a package for away games and all other SL games - should the season resume of course.

Hope I'm wrong but hearing talk of next seasons premiership being played behind closed doors it doesn't bode well for our sport or any sport in general....some sporting event due for august have been cancelled... Not looking good

Spoke to Dfc and direct debit finished, no more payments. They said next years plan would need a new direct debit set up regardless if doing the same. So that's that. As for watching, not sure I'll get to use it this year now with the restrictions, wonder what will happen next year, full credit?

Cant imagine they'll do a full credit, they'll still need the cash flow to survive next year, massive hole in next years revenue if they have to make 7 thousand members happy (title of your sex tape)


Personally, i'm not d, i dont want a refund or a credit, i'm thinking bigger picture and want the club to survive, granted i've been fortunate that my line of work hasn't been affected by the virus, so i'm happy to sign up to the facebook games thing, and i've bought a couple of items from the club shop, and will do again after next pay day.
