| Lineham was absolutely terrific on Saturday, big ask to follow that up 5 days later with a bit of celebrating in between. We have 2 brilliant wingers and 2 good centres that aren't involved enough because of our game plan, regardless of that give them a break tonight we've been screwed over by sky. Mamo has been useful for us and better cover for the wing than I can ever remember us having. Walker has a lot of potential and shouldn't be written off at this stage. We have seen livett go well before, I'm not sure what's wrong at the minute but he's not first team when all are fit (perhaps that's the problem?) Jason Clark I had higher hopes for, solid more than anything but again good on Saturday.

Mamo is a very good utility cover player. His job isn’t first team he’s ok.
Lineham has been very good this year, and was great in the final. To get rid of him would be lunacy.
Livett is 4th choice back rower at best, and I’m sure is paid accordingly- who will you replace him with?
Walker, needs time.
J Clark, I see plenty of effort in him, but not sure he offers enough. Would be interesting to see his contract value in comparison to his counterparts but he’s not looking good enough for a first choice 13 jersey at present. I can’t question his commitment though. His kick chase tonight proved that.

| None of the players you mentioned are a problem. Every team needs a squad, not every player can be world class.
And Lineham?! With our boring style of play we need our wingers to put in a big shift down the middle. He's exceptional at that. His attitude has been great for a while now.

| Anyone who questions lineham should never watch rugby again. Tonight's result was always coming, let it go.

| Lineham had a stinker tonight but agree with some on here he’s been ok this year and Walker has potential but agree with the other three and my oh my am sure Burrell is better than what he’s shown so far as could be getting on my list of worst ever signings if he doesn’t shape up.

| Fickle as absolute fook! Lineham has been a brilliant signing and the amount of times he takes the ball up on our own line and gets us out of danger is uncountable. He did it on Saturday and he got us through the Semi against Hull too! Give it a rest. He, just like the likes of Ratchford, comes up with errors from time to time. But largely he is very reliable. Walker and Livett more than do their part. Jason Clark is pants in attack but he's a very good defender.
3 tries tonight came from errors from kicks. We held our line brilliantly and just ran out of steam, ironically when Clark came on we lost it.

BMM has been excellent the last two ganes and put in big minutes in both without lessening his impact. If he can continue like that, he stays.

| I don't even think Lineham had a bad game last night. He and Goodwin down that wing were the only players making any yards. He came up with a disappointing drop but that can happen to any player.
He had an absolute stormer at Wembley. If people want to dig around they will find me criticising him earlier in the year, but that performance won me back.
Walker too slow - really?! I think he still needs to develop to be a regular but that is a crazy claim.

| of u expected anytgimg other than a loss today then yout too optimistic, history proves that teams drop off after a cc win or loss in a final, especially with a four day turn around, give the lads a break.

I’m afraid your view on Lineham is so far off that I don’t know where to start...so I won’t bother.

| Lineham has been up there with our best players over the last 3 seasons, he was a bit pants his first year but from 2017 onwards he's been top notch and up there with one of the first names on the team sheet.
I felt sorry for him on that bomb that he dropped as those lights at salford are way too low, i couldn't see where the ball was when it went above them.
On the other hand, i could die a happy man if someone told me i'd never have to see jake mamo jump for a high ball ever again.
Jason clark was weirdly good last night, we were using him as a link man at one point and he looked better than he had all season.

Correct.
(Firstly, being made to play last night was absolutely scandalous by Sly Sports!)
...That chapter of the season where we had a cushion to fall back on in the table with the CC semi and final being the two most important games in the last two months, is over. We had two excellent performances in those games and looked a great side. We have the CC trophy and a big wad of £winnings£ that come with it.
The six defeats in a row weren’t designed to be that way but it’s happened, but that’s all behind us now. The page has been turned. A new chapter begins today. Weekend off for recovery; a week of hard training; Wakefield at home [first home game for ages!] next week.
Onwards and upwards... Now The Wire!

| The fact is the club should not be in the position of having our top 5 hopes resting on a 5 day Wembley turn round. We have had months of inept, error strewn ,ill disciplined games where the season should have been put to bed. Irrespective of last nights result , the previous league performances have not done a lot to encourage confidence & season ticket sales for next year.
