It was clear from video footage there was not really anything in this. Also clear from the video, the touch judge on the north side showed no inclination anything was wrong, no raised flag, didn't enter the pitch etc, until the HKR players came rushing in that is. He clearly had the best view of the incident.

Well we can put this behind us now, no ban was given, tomkins is fine to play next week, which is great considering he was in a real bad way after the match!

I do recall watching Joel Tomkins intimidating, roughing up and generally being horrible to Richie Myler when he was with Wire. It does tend to make you less sympathetic when "bully boy" gets a bit of a knock.
