| Needs to do a little bit more. I must admit, despite me being very impressed with him last year, and him being and outstanding player; I don't think he was MOS.

| Not harsh at all. I think you've used the perfect word, without being vindictive or anything else......
......underwhelmed.....

| Paul Aiton was very poor at Hooker for Leeds last season but he's probably been the key elite performing 9 in the league this season. It took him a whole year to settle in at Leeds and he's seven years older than Clark.
Also, Clark thrives in a quick PTB from his forwards. At Cas their pack were electric at playing it for a lot of last season and have started in the last few weeks in getting that right for Milner (last 3 games Milner's looked on fire but it's his pack playing the ball quickly that's making him look good) this season.
Apart from TKing (though he's been a centre admittedly) our pack play the ball at snails pace. He's double teamed and gobbled up in no time because our PTBs are painfully slow.
It has to be said though, that, he's no Michael Monaghan!

| I'd be more worried about Mick Higham, he doesn't really offer much anymore and I'd love to see Brad Dwyer brought back to add some zip.

| He'll come good when the Refs decide to clean up standing square at the play ball.
Not sure which season that might be but at the minute he doesn't stand a chance scooting when markers are standing side by side......

| Whilst agreeing that the policing of the markers at the PTB leaves a lot to be desired, I don't think it's any worse than it was last year when Clark was ripping teams to shreds.
The significant difference isn't the PTB but the colour of the shirt on his back.
Cas obviously played to his strengths, doing everything to earn a quick PTB and at the moment we look aaaahhh cumbersome in that regards, but for me the body language is all wrong. He looks like a player doing the bare minimum of his job spec, and doesn't appear to even be looking for opportunities to run, let alone taking any.
Cas on the other hand, are going rather nicely now. They have a decent hooker, certainly no Clark circa 2014 but very capable, and a good utility stand-off in Roberts who is guiding them round the park nicely.
Ever get the feeling you've been had?

He did have 3 or 4 months out with a serious illness though.

| We need Clark to be acting half when Big Roy is on. Roy can get up and play the ball quicker than most.

| Clark so far has been garbage, I'm sure he'll turn it around but so far let's not beat about the bush...dog poo.
Sims had been steady, nothing special, certainly not warranting all that preseason sycophantic crawling up his backside stuff.
Wheeler...injured...surprise surprise.

He hasn't been garbage. He's been 'solid', which isn't good enough given the fee paid and reputation he came over with. We need to be getting him quicker play the balls, but higham seems to be doing ok, so not sure why Clark isn't capitalising?
Sims is exactly what I thought he would be, our second best prop. I'm quite happy with him, he's given us some controlled aggression which I think we were lacking.
Wheeler was brought in as a back up player on his last chance saloon. He isn't good enough to knock Patton out of HB position, and I'd rather have King in at centre. Not sure where he will fit in with us really....?

| I had very high hopes for Daryl and thought he could continue where he left off at Cas and he would make an instant impact.
Something is not right with him, I don't know whether our slow ruck speed is affecting his game, our coaches aren't getting the best out of him and our pack aren't giving him the go forward he needs. Perhaps its a combination of all three.
