| Bad link to the first team squad on the Wire website. That's a bit poor. Even the Widnes website has a link to the first team squad that works even if it is last year's!

| Deffo needs reviewing. Website is terrible. I asked a question on a Facebook post too recently about a competition they were running, no reply, you would expect somebody to be manning it and have the courtesy to respond to fans.

Spot on ninearches it wouldn't take much to improve the site especially with some up to date news, official confirmation or denial would quell any rumours, I may be wrong but did the Paul Wood saga start on social media? if so people will reply/respond and it spreads.

| The website definately needs looking at.
However with the Facebook/Twitter thing the club can't really win.. When the Christmas friendly was postponed and it was announced on Twitter.. Some of the stuff tweeted back to the club was moronic..

| Mikey, unfortunately moronic posts are part and parcel of social media, every individual and organisation is exposed. All being even the management of the Wires comms channels could be vastly improved.
From personal experience the face to face customer service could do with a coat of looking at too, in particular the club shop staff.
The lack of attention to fan/customer experience may well be a general cultural thing within the club that needs addressing.

Cas & Leeds had a final that month and so their scores would be inflated. Marketing person ell could've taken holiday during August etc. The assessment should've been done over a longer period of time for a true reflection.
