b) we manage to get the broadcast kit from the Warrington town football guys who have nicked it and have not come back down to earth yet after the FA cup run

Thank you for that link Mathew. I am a Cowboy fan from Townsville and I don't know much about Super league pre season fixtures. Is there any chance of A Simms playing in this one or will it be mostly fringe players.

Commander Shepherd had me panicking for a moment!!
Gary and I never play Status quo...so we could not have been on.
We should be on on Sunday at 2:45. There are are a range of audio players on the radio warrington site. I find Winamp works best but others report that other players suit them better

I bumped into Ashton at the local supermarket last week. He looked in great shape and is one big unit. He was wearing flip flops (thongs) shorts and a training vest. At 8am in England ..thats akin to madness . He's in the squad of 20 so should get some kind of run out.
I was trying to find a Cowboys forum to put a link on but failed....so if you know any feel free to post a link to our commentary although I think it will be at silly o'clock there - I think it will be 1am on Monday in Brisbane or 2am on Monday in Sydney.
(To any Warrington fans - do not try and listen in at 1am........or 2am....or Monday.....Sunday 2:45 Warrington Mean Time)

Thanks again Mathew and I will put your link up on the Cowboys forum. Even though the game is ridiculous o'clock I think there may be one or two crazy enough to listen. It is holiday season and we are so starved of footy. Our next dose is not till the end of January with the Auckland nines.
Your Ashton story is pretty funny. He is a front rower after all and it will take him a while to realize he should change his dress style from Townsville.
