| The whole handling of that challenge has been a disgrace; from Bentham taking multiple tackles to stop the play when the play was essentially right on top of Laithwaite (thus making it so it couldn't be penalised) to McIlorum not even being cited.

| I still maintain the worst incident of the night was McIlorum's cannonball tackle on Trent Waterhouse in the first half.

I had a bit of a whinge when it first happened, but since watched back on TV and it's a shocker. It goes unpenalised as it attacked the back of the knee, so it's a natural bend. But even so, 17 stone attacking an isolated joint is an injury waiting to happen.
Trent took excemption and had a pop at Farrell, as the little had already run off and was on the way back to the defensive line.

Waterhouse thought it was Farrell but he had the wrong player.
Take another look.
It won't surprise you one bit who the third man in was.

| I'm beginning to think that the discipline committee is made up of ex Wigan players because that would explain how Wigan players get away with murder every week, plus there tame referees turning a blind eye. . Farrel gets away with it week after week, how he got away with that cowardly swinging arm off the ball a few weeks ago is beyond belief. I'm sure Wayne would be up in arms if any team used the same tactics against them.
Does a Wigan player have to finish some ones career or seriously injure some one before they get banned. Mind you with a coach teaching them to take players "out" if they are getting beat, what do you expect.
Its one rule book for Wigan and one for the rest of Rugby League.

| not the only one to get away with murder- Wardle got 2 matches AND a red card for doing to ablett exactly what wood did! all we ask is consistency! I think the panel should be FIXED rather than changing personnel - otherwise how can rulings be consistent!

I think you'll find that Wardle's attack was a little worse than Wood's. Did Wardle have the option of an early guilty plea?
