It's not over until it's over.
Top two places in the U20's are now between Warrington and Salford as Leeds only managed a draw with Widnes last night.

Doubtful really. Too young and not bought in.

Bridge (senior) didn't see too much of the ball and was fairly well marked. He did make two good 'belligerent' breaks though, and I was quite impressed with him.
However the player that caught my eye was Laithwaite. He looked full of confidence, got through a lot of work, and ran some really good angles. He is not as fast as Currie, but the two look quite similar. He must be nailed on for a fair number of 1st team games next year if that performance is anything to go by.
I also like Broughton, he is looking quite a mature player after his stint in the Championship. Self assured, good positioning play, good tackler and a calming influence on the team.
Apart from the last 10 minutes or so when the whole team seemed intent on sunbathing rather than playing rugby, it was a really professional performance. Although I suppose they were disrupted by a couple of injuries.

A bit harsh to say they were more interested in sunbathing!!! We were disrupted by MORE than a couple of injuries; we had to play the last 10 minutes with 12 men because we had nobody fit to go back on and had already used all of our 8 substitutions. The only reason Wigan scored them 2 late tries was due to the extra man.
Every single player stood up today and can be rightly proud. Ben Evans did 80 minutes at prop in his first game back after 3 months out and was outstanding.
Chris Bridge was outstanding, especially in the second half in both attack and defence.

Yes, you are right about the injuries, they certainly took their toll on the team.
I was not that impressed with Pat Richards today. Obviously he was well marked, but I thought he would have made more of an impression.
