| Obviously, Warrington have Widnes,St Helens and Wigan as close neighbours in our sport.
So who do Wire fans regard as their 'biggest rivals'? Who do you love to beat the most.

| Although I can’t say I enjoy it when any of the teams you have mentioned win, I don’t take too much satisfaction from their loss. I know this may be rare for an RL fan but I am devoid of any historical antagonism, based on jealousy (Apart from those cheating Wigan Bar stewards).
Seriously, the biggest rivals we have at the moment are Wigan, but that may change. For me our biggest rivals will always be the next best team after us.
I want glory, and any team that stand in our way will be our biggest rivals.

| Growing up in a dense Wigan area (both meanings), i hate them, hate them i tell you, going to school in the 80's and 90's and being one of 3 Wire fans in the whole school was hell.

| From the age of standing on a frozen terrace just after Christmas, I always looked forward to the games against Wigan on 1st Jan than against Widnes on Boxing Day, so for me our biggest rival is the Pies not the Stinks. As for the Stains, well they were always big games, but never as big as against Wigan, and more akin to games against Leeds or which ever team from Yorkshire were doing well at the time.

| Rivalry varies over time and it often depends on the strength of the opponents. I can remember Widnes being our biggest rivals as I can for Wigan and Saints. To be honest the Saints thing has faded for me a little since we got that monkey off our back last season.

"Remember last time they were here, the Huddersfield Giants, they lost to a Luke Walsh drop goal. He's only scored four drop goals in his St Helens career has Luke Walsh and each and every one of them have been scored by Luke Walsh"[/quote:1h9um51j]: |

| Back in the 'olden days' before Rugby League existed... I mean before Super League existed, for me it was always Widnes then Wigan, St Helens was just another fixture.
Widnes missing out on Super League and our inabilty to beat Saints mean't that Wigan and Saints overtook Widnes and now, even with Widnes back in the competition, Wigan and Saints are the fixtures I look forward to the most. I would love Widnes to establish themselves in SL, become a force again and retake their rightful place (in my mind at least) at the top of the fixture list.
