Promised myself I wouldn't be too upset if we lost. What a season we have had. Hats off to all the lads who have given their all in the best season we have had in the thirty years I have been watching them.

Well done Leeds, good luck in the GF.

On the day yes but over the season Wire should be very proud of the style of rugby played. So I would say well done Warrington. eusa_clap.gif

From a Leeds fan, unlucky tonight, was a fantastic game, and a great advertisement for rugby league.

yeah no Problem with Leeds, they looked like a side that had been in this situation before.....and thats what we need to get used to, and today was a step in that direction.

We cant grumble at winning two challenge cups and the league leaders shield in the last three seasons.....Thats almost Wigan Esq....[sizecopyright Phil Clarke[/size

I'm still dissapointed with the refereeing which was pure Steve Ganson...

surely a whistle is the only piece of Machinery he is allowed to operate the blokes a cretin...

other than that I'll be cheering for Leeds in the Grand final (again)

You should have had the trophy already, for finishing top, always have said that. Hats off to you, you have had an amazing season and you will come back stronger from this. All the best.

I agree, I have never believed in the playoff system and have always thought that the team that finishes top deserve the trophy. I think in the end, the game could of gone either way. It was a great advert for Rugby League and I think that Warrington will have further great seasons under Tony Smith. Good to see two sets of supporters who have enjoyed a great game. Good luck for next season.

Indeed, well done to Leeds. That was one of the best RL performances I've ever seen. They were outstanding. I said last week we should have picked Wigan (5 day turn around, I thought they looked knackered against Saints and they beat Catalan because they were even more tired than Wigan), I still think now we should have picked Wigan.

Leeds showed tonight that the play-offs are a step up in intensity and excellence. We showed that we lack experience at that level as a club. Leeds knew what they were doing, what to expect. They raised their game to another level completely. We played well but made poor decisions and were a bit too nervous/excited. Leeds drove hard, tackled hard, ran hard, played hard. They made better decisions than us and in the final quarter had more composure and control of the game. They knew what they were doing.

We've got to learn a hell of a lot at that level. But well done to Leeds.

As a neutral it was a cracking game, and a shame there had to be a loser. Leeds big game experience showed through.

Well done on a great season regardless of the result.

Well done Leeds. Best team on the night. You had that 'bit of spark' that we didn't.

Good luck at OT

Leeds deserved to win without question, they executed their gameplan to perfection and we gave them a helping hand at times.

Amazing that the much maligned (by their fans) McDermott has got them to two finals in his first season in charge.
