After the negativity on this forum about the hull fans for the past week i was very impressed with them today. the fans that came down to the corner to clap us after the match, that moment brought a slight tear to my eye! also outside the ground all i heard was good luck messages between fans

same here. really sound. hull fans have had a reputation like wire fans but no problems at all. couldn't hear a pin drop in the minutes silence.
really descent people.. Hope hull do well in the play-offs, a massive club. with pearson's backing and mcrae there, they'll be right up there again.

Well I am just glad that we are not getting slagged off again .It was nice to see you all make the journey over .I just hope we are in the same position next year Well done on winning the shield .

Your team deserved to be clapped off by the Hull team, your team have entertained all season, had to laugh at the end of the game though, as i shouted and moaned all match about Wire (as you do!) when i clapped them off, my daughter said, thought you didnt like them dad, i said only during the match, she then said, so your just jealous then!!
am hoping that a new coach will come in and change our club around, as tony smith did with you, but as for the poster saying he hopes we do well in the play off's, cheers for that, but the only hope we have is no hope!! maybe next season!

Fantastic support from both sides, I travelled to and from the game on the bus from my house here in Hull wearing a Wire shirt, everyone was friendly and had a laugh. Both sides did rugby league proud last night.

We only had nice words between us and Hull fans. No trouble, no angst, no threatening behaviour, just friendly banter from both sets of fans. I love our sport.

I'm always a bit sceptical of fan love-ins even if I did clap the Hull players off for their efforts. I think they have given us our toughest league games this season.

Would they have clapped Hull KR off if they had won the league last night?

You get both good and bad people everywhere, no one town is worse than anywhere else, the hull fans I've spoke to in the past and stood next to in the west stand this season were sound enough

You must've been loving it when we were scoring length of the field tries against you in the Cup QF then.
