| I see they were taking him up on sky tonight for MOS... And rightly so... If rangi chase is in the running then briers shield be right up there.
He seems to get better every year.
No better half back in SL so far this season.
Has he been our best player this season though?
It's a tough call between westwood, hodgson and briers for me.
Imagine how good he will be next season  |

totally agree,hes been brilliant this season..as for rangi kick and chase if hes up there then so should briers....

Chase will never be on the same level as briers.... I'm sure lots of cas fans think he is the best player in the league.... But he isn't a patch on lee. |

Don't think Chase as a snowball's chance in Hell's chance.
In my mind Brett is a Warrington Wolves points difference ahead of every other player in the league. The guy, this year, is oozing skill. If it was light it'd be blinding. However, Briers could be worth a punt if he carries this on through the season.

Deary me. There is a reason he never did anything at International Level. And that reason is because he is not that good. Running about in the super duper league does not constitute being in the major leagues. He would have lasted about 3 months in the NRL. |
