to say the least, the atmospehere was a bit subdued today. there was only noise when the 2 scraps kicked off. i don't see how people will sing their hearts out against wigan and at away games, but not at the 'smaller' games at home. we have 2 new drummers in the south stand who are each about 14, they do not start anything and do not get the crowd going. it needs to improve

i'm only 18 and have been a season ticket holder for each season at the HJ and i can honestly say that 'back in the day' the atmosphere was brilliant. even against the likes of castleford and wakefield, it used to be good. we need to get it back to that standard that it was at in 2005 and 06

also, we need some new songs because today i was extremely frustrated with the 7 or so people who just sang the great escape tune throughout the entire match! they also sang wembley songs, it's like "why are you singing them" our challenge cuo campaign hasn't even kicked off yet and you're already singing that we are going to wembley. and then they sang the famous wigan rugby song, no need, seeing as we were playing crusaders and not wigan!!!

they've been around since last season for higham and hicks. people need to learn the words for the hicks song because its actually a pretty good song
