Did anyone else see Offiah shamelessly promote Myler on Boots and All. He cannot seem to seperate his job as an impartial presenter and that of an agent. He commented on Tomkins being too young for England and the dream team but Myler isn't when in fact Sam is 12 months older than Myler.

I just find he is so unprofessional and I do not think it helps Myler it just adds pressure to the lad when he is already under enough pressure. Let the lad speak for himself on the football field. Sam Tompkins has been the half back of form due to the fact Myler unfortunately fell off a bit in the season for reasons that been documented. Imo they both deserve to be in the squad. But my real rant is about Offiah, I think Sky would be as well sacking him due to his unprofessionalism he is employed to give an unbiased opinion on the latest weeks developments. Furthermore he cannot articulate a decent sentence

I guess I am asking too much for unbaised debate. I think Myler should be in squad just confirming it is not professional of offiah or any agent to use thier positon to promote thier own clients.

Offiah should be out of there simply because he doesn't know the game. Lost count of the amount of times he gets players names wrong - hardly speaks to me of a man who has a huge love of the code. He's a businessman at the end of the day and I quite agree, it's a dodgy footing letting an agent big up his clients on the tellybox.

Has no idea what he's talking about half of the time. I remember during the world cup every time he was asked something by the presenter he would try to make a point, stutter, and then look at Cullen as if to say "Hey mate any chance you could help me get out of this?"

He backed him because Myler is good im not being funny but i think even i would give him the praise he deserves even if it means not mentioning the quality player that tomkins is.

Many people will argue that Tomkins is better but i totally disagree an also back how much Offiah spoke about Myler

I think you have missed the point, He is an agent of Mylers and therefore he should not be using his position on Sky, to promote his clients and then in turn himself and his pocket....

I rate Myler and think he should be England squad the debate is an ethical one.

Myler has been playing first team footy for two full seasons now and has represented England twice. He has far more experience than Sam Tomkins, who isn't even first choice 6 at Wigan. That is what he meant.

As for Offiah not speaking as though he has a love for the game, did you not see his World Cup presentation?

Yes, it was err err err, glance at Cull pleading look in eyes, Cull then provides some insight then offiah says err err and repeats what cull said. Masterful.

Offiah is horrendous at talkign about the game, nice glasses though.
