That is the transfer fee, but it's still a stupid amount of money for an unproven player playing at a small club with no pressure on him. Salford offered him the chance to be the highest payed player in the clubs history so I don't know how wire are fitting him in along with, Morely, Carvell, Briers, King, Rauhihi, Hicks, Monaghan, and the Andersons.

How do you fit all your squad under the £1.65m salary cap?
Briers, Morley, Carvell, Monaghan, Hicks, King, Higham, Westwood, Anderson x2, Clarke
Add to that Myler who turned down a contract to become salfords highest ever earner and i just dont know how you can fit them all under the cap.
You out bid wigan for all 3 of Carvell, Morley and King and Wigan simply couldnt complete with the wages you were paying these 3. |
