Perhaps imagine Russell Watson singing this at Wembley and a mass of Primrose and Blue scalfs swaying overhead!! Alas David Alexander is no longer with us, but he has sung this song many times in Warrington, I saw him myself twice in our town.

Why not watch it again then? It is a classic song and he is singing live! And in an auditorium although all the best singers in his elk like Tom Jones, Tony Christie and Engleburt Humpadink developed there talents in the 'working mens club'.
I even saw David Alexander singing in Golden Square to the shoppers!
