Friend of mine tells me the Albion in Battersby Lane is holding a real ale festival from Friday to Monday this coming weekend.
Somewhere in the region of twenty five real ales on offer over the four days.
Mine's a pint.

I go in there usually with other staff from work at the end of the month, it's alright in there and if the weather is good there's the beer garden at the back.
It has plenty of real ales, ciders, imported lagers etc. on usually anyway but it's good to see them have an actual festival.
Might try and finish work a bit earlier on Friday and pay a visit.

Great pub the albion, check out page 3 of this weeks guardian people. Even though i hate real ale, i do drink in there its my local. Theres always something on, from poker on tuesday nights at half 8 (get down people so i can take your money  ) to disco and karaoke on a saturday.

Is it the only ale house in wazza in the camra guide, trying think of any others. Maybe that wilkies tavern place is ? Oh and of course wethers.
