Just seen it announced that the Dewsbury cup game is to be held on a Friday evening.
Zero consideration for travelling supporters in my opinion.
Ridiculous decision.

I had already contacted my usual car full to ask whether they wanted to go on the Sunday, and all had agreed. Not Going now, and I have emailed Dewsbury to tell them of my disappointment and have expressed my opinion that they have lost a lot of revenue.  |

A Saturday late afternoon KO would have been perfect following an ale trail, but, hey ho it is what it is and I understand that trans Pennine Friday's aren't ideal.
Lucky to work in Manchester, so its an easy train journey for Uncle Rico of 45 minutes each way and lots of options re time to depart and return after the game. Rather selfishly, I'm going rather than moaning and looking forward to visiting a new (to me) ground and making up for missing game v Widnes as out of town.
