Does anyone know what the construction guy's are doing on orford park at the back near East ave? Is it a big secret because the 10 ft barriers are up? or is this where England have been secretly training!

What actually goes on at Orford Park in general? I know they spent in the region of £30 million on it, but no idea what goes on there!

well i went there for a blood test today, my lad trains for Ryland's under 14's there on Weds eve's on the all weather pitch and i have seen the MAN UTD football academy training there on Sat mornings in the summer. Amongst other things.

It's good for Blood Test, There is a swimming pool but it's never been opened when I have been for Blood Test. Did I contribute to the £30 million if so I want my money back I will go to the Hospital for my Blood Test.

Yes as I said for Blood Tests. I am past the age of going to the Gym, but love to swim but it doesn't open at time to suit me. I prefer to used The Village hotel where I can go at anytime to suit myself & my daughter who comes with me.

This is just the sad scenario in all the towns public swimming baths, which is why we end up driving to chester for an everyday family Swim. Its just a farce that you have to timetable your "public swim" around Aqua-aerobics, OAP Swim, serious swim, Lane Swim, Canoeing club, aqualung club, water polo..etc etc.

chester is the only public pool where you can rock up anytime of day and Say two adults and three kids for a swim please without having to check on line what bizarre practice is going on first.
