Tonight wasn't a \good game, and we certainly didn't play well. Having said that, we won! Two months ago we would have fallen apart in the last 20 minutes, tonight the players gritted their teeth and toughed it out. Why are people still costantly whingeing and moaning? Briers didn't paly well, Monas had a stinker, but they both stuck at it and we won. For Christ's sake look on the positive side for once. Grix is playing well, Bridge is playing well (all 3 missed kicks were very difficult and very close), Ritchie Mathers had a storming second half. Things are on the up at the HJ and if one or two alleged supporters start backing the side then things might even improve a bit more. You are supposed to be supporters, support your team!

Just because we won doesn't mean everything is rosy.

Don't forget Hull were missing a hell of a lot of players for various reasons.

Yes we had a great second half but that only papered over the cracks.

We had a few players out too, players who were in form.

we were also missing a fair few players we had part of our pack filling out the back line in fact from the start of the season only monnas and Briers would have been in our best 17,you should give credit where credit is due we won it wasn't a pretty victory but I guess we will save that for next week ,well played to the players who played tonight our goal line defence was better and they didn't threaten us apart from the 10 mins when Carvell was off and that was a very harsh call from Gashson .

i fought the support from the wire fans was disgusting , all these people who say get behind the wire when we were gettin slaughtered every game and not coming becuase its a waste of money ,, where were all our loyal fans who say stick with the wire and have faith ?
