Discipline surely! They've been given a game plan and maybe they just don't like it, so don't stick to it, get frustrated, come up with errors and penalties galore.

The team is capable of so much more than we have seen for the last few months. We are picking at players when I just think it's the tactics and playing style. Too obvious, too boring and ineffective without very high completion rate and hardly any penalties (and even then Hull were thinking they could win right until the last couple of minutes!!).

When we are dominant we don't score enough points and that puts far too much pressure on the completion rate and penalty count and without them being good we can't control field position. Add to that refereeing displays like last weekend and we have no chance at all with this one dimensional game plan. That said if the players are given a game plan but individual mistakes and poor discipline keep letting us down then they're all culpable, they're professionals.

Discipline.... Cheap needless penalties;
Giving away while in possession like BMM Sita and Patton...unforgivable.
Daft niggle or pressure lying on tackled opponents, Hill.
High poor techniques tackle, Patton.
Dumb later tackles than a corporation bus, Lineham.

Discipline. In the (few) games this year where our discipline has been good and we haven't conceded many penalties have been the games where we have suffocated the opposition.

We just havnt got that winning mentality.

I agree. It seems like we're still just happy with not being rubbish anymore.

We're lucky to now be able to support a team that regularly gets in finals but we should be winning a lot more of them.

For me we don't seem to fight for every yard or have that desire to struggle to get up regardless of the amount of opposition players on our backs, Wigan players do it and so do Sts players.

Both teams last night had some great young talent on show, one teams young guns showed fight and eagerness to win the collision and play the ball. Sts young forwards took the game to us, Harvey Livett alone looked so sluggish and uninterested.
