Well given the late season slump at Catalans , us playing some lads that are unfamiliar with their coaching staff could pay off if the will to win is there. It is also a good time for the young lads to put markers down for the assault on Old Trafford. (Wishful thinking).

why dontthe rfl follow football for once and play the final league games on a friday night all kicking off at 8 or even saturday afternoon / evening..that way no team gains an advantage and fans can make the necessary arrangements... |

This would make a lot of sense and help to generate publicity. Compare the excitement of last season's Ryan Hall try with the helicopter performing an about turn over Robin Park, to the year before when Cas played in Perpignan, knowing how heavily the odds now were against them. |

Why should you finish top? You've played Hull FC 3 times, lost 3 times, what are you going to do differently?
Going on the matches the final at OLd Trafford should be between Hull FC and Warrington. Saints and Wigan haven't shown anything to suggest they can win it going on their performances last night and tonight
