I honestly believe he'll be selected for the England four nations squad, especially with Mossop out and Sam Burgess switching codes.

Its brilliant to see them taking to him, he is improving massively over there and will hopefully come back to us a better player for it.

I hope he does get selected for England as he deserves it.

Pleased for him, but if he does continue as he is, there's very little chance of him coming back to us.

Good on him, he's made a lot of progress in such a short time. He really looked the part every now and again for us (Saints away in the playoffs 2012 is the one I always remember and refer to) but he seems to be doing it every week out there. The big question is... why couldn't we bring this sort of consistency out of him?

I always thought Cooper had all the tools to be a great prop. Good to see its going so well for him. Sometimes people have to move outside of their comfort zone to push themselves to the next level.

Having just read Cooper's rave reviews on the Aussie forum, apart from some glowing reports there does seem to be a bit of confusion as to the arrangements we have with Mike and whether he's gone, gone, or whether he's gone for a two year 'sabbatical' to re emerge at Wire as a proper handful.

I think you'll find although I don't agree with Mr Smiths team selection tactics sometimes I think he'd have put in a clause to make sure if he returns then wire have first option
What we need to watch closely is to see how big Sam goes in the kick ' n ' clap game and then pull out the stops to sign this superb athlete
