This world class coach chosen by his friend Mr Smith to grace us with his prowess is certainly making his presence felt,as a former halfback he has turned our 6 and 7s into world class players.Agar has turned this team around . Hull KR tonight looked like a decent side put together in a few months ,but did the basics right ,and beat Saints.

Smith has been at Warrington too long ,he thinks he is untouchable,he isn't.He brought in his great friend Agar,why?. The season is just a few weeks old and is already over.Only Smith knows why he didn't bring in a new halfback.

Smith has been brilliant for us and has changed the club.. but if he cant see, and doesn't fix the massive problems we have, then were in trouble.

I've just listened to Smith's clip on Facebook, where mentions Brough's "masterclass" in kicking.
I hope to God, he's got Briers, GO'B, and a few others, on a training pitch, tomorrow.

He should be nowhere near the side. He's holding us back, if anything

thing is, he obviously sees the problem.... so he is either

a) keeping his mouth shut and supporting his current half backs because he has new brilliant ones lined up... or
b) he no longer has a grasp on rugby league

We see more structured play when the young school kids are playing at half time than what we are paying to see from our first team. School kids probably coached part time by their games teacher while the Wolves are supposedly mentored by arguably one of the best coaches in the country. We can't be blaming the players who are flitting from one position to another from week to week when there is just no structure in the overall performance on the field....there is no leadership, no cohesion & no kicking game & apart from 20 minutes tonight the Wire weren't even at the races. Is it surprising fans are voting with their feet ?

It would be interesting to know how much of the day to day training responsibilities TS hands off to Agar. It could be the smoking gun..

I've said in previous posts that I suspect that our performance has dipped since Agar arrived. Has he coached the flair out of every player? There seems to be no joy on the field and no sign of playing for each other.

I was at a forum once and it was stated tony smith has very little hands on coaching involvement , more man management,video review , tactics. The great coach John monie said 5 yrs is long enough for a 1st team coach I think tony smith has reached his end imo

I fear Wayne Bennett may have an argument with the "great" Monie (you could've put Edd the Duck in charge of Wigan, in those days, and they'd still win more than they'd lose).

Loves sake we were ordinary last year. We will be ordinary this year. It is nothing to do with agar. Let's remember the guy that started this thread is an anti Tony Smith troll.

Being honest We have no leader, no lead kicker, and no back up kicker no creative half back no organising half back and no creative full back...that means we are loved.

We have a good enough squad and good enough coaching Set up to avoid the bottom four...but I'm not expecting any more than that.

2014 and 2015 are the years of no trophies and no finals I'll call these the Asotasi year's. ....

Maybe Asotasi is the answer to our half back problem ? Ashton sims's drop off were our most potent attacking threat in the first 40

I don't have an issue with TS, it's Agar I worry about. Someone is training them in the week, we don't have 'bad' players, but we are getting the basics wrong. My question is why?

I blame TS squarely.
