Can we really put Matty Russell on this list when the OP asked for players with the "biggest reputation flop", did anyone think we'd signed Billy Slater?

I thought the same.
He was a £0 signing and was playing lower grade Aussie rugby.
However he can keep his shirt until someone has a more apt fill as technically we signed him from ourselves and gave him a bigger fat deal to which he flopped.

I'd agree, up and till that clattering at Widnes tempered with it generally being based on the premise of a low expectation, which I thought was the opposite of the general idea of this thread rather 'just' slagging off the usual suspects?

Do I want him back in our current team? No. Do I think he should be in this team? Again it's a No from me
