my sisters fella just told me that his boss has just been putting wooden floor down in sinfields house in warrington. make of it what you will im just passing on what iv been told.

Sinfield is a property developer and owns several houses, general renovating and either rents them out or sells them.
Yes he has bought a house in Warrington, Penketh I think, but it is purely for business reasons and not to live in.
As someone pointed out he lives in Oldham so if we were to sign him it's hardly a long commute. |

Bit strange that he should choose to rennovate a property in Warrington when he doesn't have any local knowledge of the area etc.
Are there no properties in Oldham or Leeds that he could rennovate? |

I'm unaware of how much he knows about the town so can't comment on that. But it's not uncommon for investors to snap property up in various areas, all depends on the price, costs, rentable value and potential selling value.
If he has bought for the right price it could represent a much better long term investment than buying in Oldham. |
