Don't forget that the fixture versus Hull FC this Friday night, 17 May, will have a ‘Wolves Memories' theme!

The launch of the Wire2Wolves Heritage Timeline last month has created a great resurgence of interest in the history of the club and has caused people to think about their own memories.

We are asking all supporters to dig out their old Wolves jerseys and memorabilia to grace the terraces once again at this fixture!

There will also be activities within the concourses in conjunction with Sporting Memories and local NHS services, where it is well proven that sport can help improve the wellbeing of people through conversation and reminiscence.

Please look out for our staff giving you the opportunity to record your own personal memories - whether players, games or match day rituals - by completing, there and then, our Heritage Postcards!

Our Heritage Beer Mats will also give you the chance to play coach and record your first choice Wolves team from across the years! All will be logged and recorded within our Wire2Wolves website!

The memories game is being run in conjunction with the Sporting Memories Network, who work with sports fans living with dementia. Stories that you share will contribute to the Wolves' Charitable Foundation's Wire2Wolves heritage project and our future work with older supporters. We still want to hear from you. I only own one replica shirt and it's the 1993-95 one. I wore it to work as recently as Monday but won't be wearing it on Friday.

Great idea, but sadly any shirts I have that I would class as 'retro' are a size medium, I am now XXL.

It's a great idea, people often mention having like a heritage round in Superleague, this is our own little personal version of that.

Just a shame some people have to be a bit rude about it whilst wearing their [i"ask me about my non conforming t-shirt"[/i t-shirt

No, no I hung around for ages for Ando's autograph. Fine fellow,really misunderstood. Anyone who saw Knotty kick a touch finder straight out of play (repeatedly) and Briers at full back knew he could coach. I've still got my '02 shirt but don't often wear it. Can't think why.

I have people for that. Saying that she's in hospital tomorrow so I may have to make sure she does it tonight.

Those were my thoughts. I have an exam Friday afternoon, so I will be watching from a pub in Hull. Always guaranteed funny looks wearing a wire shirt in this neck of the woods!
