Well done to Hull did nothing spectacular, just completed well and built pressure on us. Something we failed to do on this occasion.

Can't really blame the ref, Hull turned up and played well and matched us in the first half. Then second half we were shocking. The ammount of knock on's from pushing the pass too much, which was summed up by sharp's try. Take nothing away from hull however.

Nobody is blaming the ref. Just pointing out that he was abysmal, and rightly so.

We gave over to much possession in basic areas. We also seem to panic when attacking our own line, when we're behind on the scoreboard. We lacked composure amongst other things today I thought.

They have been rejuvenated by signing Gleeson. Expect them to be strong playoff challengers now.

I thought you coming off a routine 60-0 hammering of Salford and us coming off a pretty tough Hull derby would benefit you big style in the game, it seem to work to our benefit. Sounded as if it came as a bit of a shock to the players after 2 games where they weren't really tested.

I'd like to point out that I agree that Thaler was poor today. The touch judges are stealing a wage and Hull were the better team. If you can't understand the complexities of that simple statement, you are rather slow. : )

There pack went well, their backs carried a threat and they kicked & completed. Lots of under par performances from us today, we looked jaded.

I don't think so, we were flat. Blokes coming in who didn't feature like Blythe & King didn't stand out to sort of 'highlight fatigue' if you like, we just couldn't complete and Hull strike me as a side that you have to out complete, it's one of Stevo's 'armwrestle' sort of .

I seem to recall that this has been pointed out to our Wire friends before.... But they seem to have faith in their ageing pack...
