Sam burgess new coach let’s hope it’s true, just had a good rap on the Matty johns show, Sam as been part of the south Sydney set up and also might of learnt a bit of the goat Bennett, he will want to prove himself to maybe go back to coaching roll in Australia, before the rants start about no experience just had a 15 years experienced coach look what happened there, and who had heard of Holbrook(we dodge a bullet there)until he turned up at stains, no one!! For me Sam is what this club needs.

I shouldn't really think it matters to the club whether Sam is a good coach or not . The management don't really seem bothered about the product on the pitch any more & this has been evident since the last days of Smith.

I'm not sure what Cullen contributes to be honest. He's been out of it for sometime, how well does he know the current player market and playing styles etc?

I’d assume it’s more of a mentoring type role for Cullen, a club man with knowledge of being a head coach - all be it a while ago, but still experience, a sounding board to bounce ideas off?
