Appreciate passions are running high at present after today's awful performance.
But one poster really needs to reel it in after 2 comments made from same keyboard warrior on 2 separate subjects:

1. Non Wire Games - reference to Saints player (Welsby) "I'd love to see have a horrendous injury"
2. Today's game - reference to a Wire player having Cancer.

I said he IS a cancer IE draining the life out of the team. I didn't wish anyone to have that horrible illness.

Fair play for that, we all have emotions running high at times whether it’s watching sport or something in real life, not all people take responsibility for their own actions.

I don't think the cancer comment is offensive to anyone other that matautia. That's the problem with offense it can only be taken. So one person finds something offensive and expects everyone to conform to their view.

All I meant was that he is detrimental to the teams' overall performance. I should've chosen my words much better! As I say, think I'll take some time away for a while and reiterate my apologies in the meantime.

Yeah I got it. I don't think you have anything to apologize for.

I tend not to comment on games until the day after, which gives me time to give a thought out objective response, rather than a reactive one. That saves me regretting what I've posted (usually).
