i've just ran through the recording, its for a marginally late hit on a passer, thats offence of the month currently.

Quite (un) surprisingly neither the hull player who did the cannonball tackle and got sinbinned, and sam powell who didn't get pinged for the same, got more than a caution.

As a Hull fan I’m surprised too.

For the same offence:
Last week Hull’s Brad Fash got a one match ban.
This week Jack Brown got sin binned and Wigan got a penalty. No ban
Wigan’s Sam Powell didn’t get sin binned, no penalty was awarded in the match. No ban.

With Hughes suspended it could be a chance to put King in the second row and play Inglis and Mamo at centre. Thewlis or Ratchford at full back depending upon fitness / whether Austin is off the naughty step. Charnley and Lineham on the wings.

Leave King where he is. He’s the form player in the league. Put Davis there or Rob Butler.

Davis and Butler are not suitable for playing wide second row.

Yet another decision by this committee that appears to over penalise our club. Quite how some of the cannonball type tackles were not penalised further is beyond my comprehension. One game for a chicken wing. Me thinks it’s about time we started appealing these decisions

I would love it if he put king in the second row. We actually looked a decent attacking side(yes,really!)last season when we were forced to play him and currie in the second row. That has the potential to be the best second row in the league.

I would anticipate Philbin or JClarke to play at second row, since we have loaned out Robson. We shouldn’t be moving King from Centre, he’s in red hot form at the minute and should be playing in his preferred position.

I agree Smiffy and I could also put up with King at SR for a game, or two if we fancy a freshening up/keep everyone on their toes. It keeps things fairly well balanced and whilst he might be LTS's "form player" it's not an unusual interchange or like we are shuffling the whole side to accommodate it, or suggesting King to Prop or FB

expect robson to get called back.

It's a weird one, you would expect just to slot another backrower in (longstaff and wrench have gone out on loan as well haven't they) but past history would suggest the king getting moved as price does his 3 positional changes to sort one problem, thang.

Davis could easily play there for one game.
