Taking away the tackle, he to me looks top heavy , as di a couple of other players, but he has little agility, not quick enough and not a good enough rugby brain. He hasnot kicked on in the last year or so working alongside and with playing with the likes of briers, sandow brown. Although he seems at the moment the same as roberts offerering nothing in attack. Got to get a better player in or try smith or livett???

As much as Patton has done eff all since start of the season at least he’s not on a big salary like Roberts who for me is becoming another player who’s either homesick or has just come here to steal a living.

He doesn't get involved enough in games. I don't feel he will make the grade.

He hasn't made the grade, sadly. He's played nearly 50 games now and in the last year of his 2nd full contract.

Not good enough simple as that. If he were to be a regular starter for us in the halves this season then we’ll be destined for the bottom four once more. We need better, much better. Not sure what other Super League team, if any, would have him?
