Saints are there for the taking, and frankly having had more second prizes off them than I care to remember, I want to see us go for the jugular, and put that poundland Jack Black and his crew in their place.
So, I'd stick with the Ratch-Gidley partnership, Patton off the bench to rotate with Clarke and Ratch.

This. I would far rather make a simple 1 for 1 swap at hooker instead of moving players around/changing half back combinations. I would also like to see how Jullien goes with a full 80 minutes either at centre or second row. |

Ratchford has to start whether at centre to be rotated with hooker or in he halves with gidley. The choice then is between Patton and Jullien over who is most match ready. Personally I would play ratchford in the halves and spell westerman at 9 if Clark needs to come off.
