I'm not happy with leaving Richie out, but I think GOB deserves the spot. Also I am putting Ben Currie in the centres with Joel on his wing.
Really disappointed not to see Bridgey on the team sheet

| Ratch has to be in the halves. We have enough cover everywhere else but in the halves and he deserves to play.
Ratch/GOB, Myler to miss out.

| Am I missing something with the Myler/GOB partnership? They looked clueless against Hudds, only picked up when Higham and MMonas were on at the same time.

GOB's kicking and vision with Ratch's off-the-cuff running is our best chance with what we've got.

I prefer him at fb coming into the line out wide like Hodgson did. Russell is fast but doesn't have Ratchford's technical ability on the ball.

I completely agree.
Although Russell is doing what he does pretty well and to drop him might seem harsh, the benefits of having a full-back who plays like a half-back is my preference too.

| Better to have Ratch, a good half, in the halves than to replace a capable FB with him. We're light in the halves, he's needed there.

Ha! Saints have 2 fullbacks as halfbacks, with a combined age of 65 in Hohaia and Wellens! We dream of having options at halfback
